Napavine is a small town with a big sense of community, just south of Chehalis along I-5. Sandrini Restoration LLC is a family-owned company based in Chehalis, and we’re glad to help our Napavine neighbors when water, fire, mold, or storms damage their homes.
Country Living Comes With Its Own Challenges
Many homes in and around Napavine sit on larger lots surrounded by fields, tall evergreens, and open country. That’s a big part of the appeal. But it also means wind storms can bring trees down onto roofs, porches, and outbuildings, and wet winters can leave the ground soaked for months at a time.
Homes on wells and septic systems, rural crawl spaces, and long gravel driveways all come with their own maintenance. A small roof leak or a slow plumbing drip can go unnoticed for a while, especially in a crawl space you rarely visit, and that’s often how mold gets started. The Newaukum River area nearby is a reminder of how much water moves through this part of Lewis County every winter.
A quick look at your gutters, roof, and crawl space before winter sets in can head off a lot of trouble.
